ask our members’ colleagues at the front desk about enrolling in the program. You will
receive a confirmation of enrollment as Caprice Hospitality Loyal Access Partner soon after.

Is the Caprice Hospitality Loyal Partner Membership Transferable?

No. Member recognition or Loyalty credits are not transferable.

When do I receive my Caprice Hospitality Loyal Access Card?

After initial enrolment, you will receive an online Access membership and ID card number
sent via email. To qualify for a lifetime Access membership, you will need at least twenty-five
or more services completed within a 12-month period after the effective date of registration.
Upon conversion, you will get a plastic Access membership card without an expiry date. Please

How do I reach for Caprice Hospitality Advantage Card membership?

Caprice Hospitality Advantage Plus membership is by invitation only. Members who have
generated over 300 completed service and referral Loyalty credits with Caprice Hospitality
within a 12-month period receive a special celebratory award. The membership is valid for
one year from the date of upgrade. Each year a new cycle begins and members are
encouraged to maintain their status.
